- Once your client is pre-approved, our team will enter their qualification parameters into our system
- You then have access to update their pre-approval letter as needed (We are always available to perform this service for you, however many of our agents enjoy creating as needed, even in the middle of the night)
- No worries about generating a letter that your client does not qualify for, their particular parameters are already in our system
