John comes us from a legal background. He obtained his Paralegal degree in 2007 and worked at various law firms, specializing in Real Estate Law. Prior to that he worked at the Seminole County Court House, so he has always enjoyed reading, reviewing documents and solving problems. John is also a Notary Public and can assist our buyers with closing documents.
He is originally from Pittsburgh, which means he’s a big sports fan! So much so that since he and his wife Dana and their son moved to DeLand in 2018, he has been an Assistant Coach for his son’s Pop Warner football team. When he is not working hard with the processing team, he spends time enjoying movies and collecting vinyl records.
