Joi is not only the friendly face who greets you at our Downtown DeLand office, she handles all things administrative as our cherished Executive Assistant.  With many years of property management experience in combination with helping her husband run their local Downtown DeLand business, RustyRazor Barbershop, Joi truly knows what it means to run an efficient family business and assists Manny and Amanda with Home Team as well as their commercial property management for all of their investments. 

For the past seven years, Joi and her husband Cody have been renovating their 1910 bungalow style home here in the historic district of DeLand. She understands the importance of making a house a home and assisting people during the purchasing process. She is deeply rooted in DeLand and is proud to be a part of our community. When she isn’t running the office, she is working on a home project, spending time with her two pups, or supporting our wonderful Downtown DeLand area.
